The Queen
The beginning is a bit contradicting, as it is similar to the question, "What came first, the chicken, or the egg?" I will just start off with the Queen Alien. The Queen Alien is the Mother of all of the Aliens in her hive. She is also larger than the average alien, standing somewhere between 3-4 meters tall. She also has a more flattened head with more gracefully curved spines. Went laying her brood, she is hanging from the ceiling of the hive with a large eggsac attached. From the end of which egss are excreted. When ever she is hurt, or threatened whe will rip herself off of her eggsac and attack the attackers.
The Egg
The egg is something of a wonder in the xenomorphic phenomena in my mind, as there is really a bit of ironism in it. For, you see an egg, and what do you think of when you see an egg, huh, death, blood, NO. You (if your in the right mind) would think of birth and happiness. However what those crazy folk would think of, is exactly what happens. The egg will sense the presence of a being, or as in other movies, any living presence, and gracefullly and slowly open up its four flaps, exposing the "cute gift" inside. Soon, the next phase starts.
The Facehugger
The facehugger is very friendly with its intentions, once its egg is opened, the facehugger jumps out of the egg. Then takes hold of your face with its eight spidery legs, and wraps its snake-like tail around your neck. Put this is nothing compared to what's next. It then slides a tube down your throat in order to inpregnate you, male or female, with a chestburster. Read on but if you are squeemish, i would suggest that you don't.
The Chestburster
This is really quite disturbing to some but here it goes. After its trip down your esaphagus, it attaches itself to your blood veins as it slowly takes some of your DNA and attains some of your physical attributes. It also feeds off of you. Then, once it is finished developing it detaches itself from your blood veins, and chews its way through muscle and bone until it erupts from your chest in a gory spray of blood as depicted in the picture.
The Xenomorph Drone
After the Chestburster leaves its host it begins to molt its skin as it grows larger. Once full grown its purpose in life is to serve the Queen, eat and reproduce. Its anatomy is quite similar to the Queen's except it is quite shorter in height and doesn't have a flattened head like the Queen. Its blood is also acidic and it also has a second mouth.
